I personally own the black/clear ones (though mine were just half the price on the 'Bay) and I've seen a few other members running them as well. They, of course, serve no other purpose other than asthetics, but I like the look (the others are just terrible IMO).

these would be sweet if they were led and sealed without the clear cover over the top of them so it would look molded to the truck or made of metal, most of the people here take their truck off road something more sturdy than abs plastic could be cool

I'm considering doing that to mine - it seems like the covers are just sealed on, no tabs or anything, so just a quick bake in the oven and it'll peel off nicely. Just have to worry about sealing around the inner light housings, and the backs (the fit for the light sockets is NOT great - had to force some of them in, nearly resorted to filing in one spot).

I even have the capacity to recast them in aluminum...if someone sends me a donor set

This with rear leds is they don't give enough heat off to melt snow that builds up on hwy runs, and in white outs that can get someone rear ended

These tail lights are equipped with polycarbonate lenses, which make them extremely durable.

@ Kizzyle
Unfortunately, we do not have such an option at this time. However, we hope that it will become available in the near future!
