If the one on the right is the LED one, the stock seems to be brighter. Unfortunately pictures are not a good measure of any light source brightness.

The right is an LED, the old one from which I just upgraded to a high power LED.

That's what I figured, hence I wanted to know how the new one compares to the original incandescent bulb.

I'm not sure, I can only speak for the V-LEDS bulbs I have used.

Nevermind, this particular model has only 14 led lights and the one you bought has 19. Of course yours will be brighter... gonna shop around a little more.
