Default Titan Swapped!

So yeah, Mad Maxx and I started my Titan swap this morning. Started at 9:30 and stopped around 6:30 w/ the passenger PRG Titan UCA and stock Titan LCA installed, driver's stock LCA removed, partial removal of PRG X UCA, and both 2.0 Rads removed. Ran into some drama w/ those dame camber bolts seizing inside the bushings, wound up cutting them off! All the build pics so far:

The goodies.

Wow, what a difference!

Empty nest syndrome kicking in.

Break for lunch.

F you LCA, f you.

Bye-bye crap!

R180 was cracked A LOT more than I thought!

What we did get in... stock Titan LCA and PRG Titan UCA (can't see it, but it's in!).

Here's a question, would I be okay if I used a bolt one size down on the ball joint mount, or bore it out to go to a one size bigger 9/16 bolt? We had to sawzall the ball joint stock bolt out on the passenger side. Seen here, stock bolt is in the middle and 9/16 is to the left:

Will finish w/ the full Titan drivetrain/suspension swap up front, AMSOIL oil change, AMSOIL Sever Gear in the M205, 2" wheel spacers for the back to match up the new wider stance up front, rear Timbrens, and (finally) installing my t-case skid. Will also be trying to squeeze in some painting (front grill, back quarter panels, and side molding - going w/ a nice textured, flat black rattle can).

UPDATE 7/20/09

Pics of today's progress...

All bolted up!

Severe Gear for the new M205.

2" wheel spacers for the rear.

All done!

Will post up pics tomorrow after the alignment to get more dead-on shots of the new stance.

LOL, love that R180 Monster!

Had to stop due to rain today, looking better though, hoepfully we can get back out there and finish 'er up today.

Got the UCA's, LCA's, and Rads installed, tie-rod extensions on, M205 is in, passenger side axle is in, just need to get the driver's axle in, rear wheels spacers on, and off to Firestone for alignment!
