Just a side note regarding the shipping, your dimensions are VERY borderline to where the shipping charges start to get 2-4x more expensive. We ship items via FedEx weekly, and have a couple box sizes that are right at "cheap" size limit. Go to FedEx.com, click get rates, and try a couple different box sizes.
Here are some examples:
50# box, $300 value, 80910 to 87507 residential zips:
30 x 48 x 10: $26.81
31 x 48 x 10: $35.65
32 x 48 x 10: $76.22
I forget exactly how they calculate the size, but it is something like 2x the width, height, and length cannot exceed 159", or something like that. Just a heads up on something most people don't know or consider. I hate to see you mass produce these things, only to figure out that if you shaved the length down an inch or two that shipping could have been a quarter of the cost. Good luck!
PS- All shipping companies adhere to these size standards for shipping.
