You definitely did your homework and planning on that one. Good job. Personally, I'm looking to replace the rack entirely, but you've put together something that should be bloody useful.

Truly, It IS a nice looking rack. But ..........
at the end of the day it is still mounted to the Nissan bars with plastic feet.
Pricing would have to be under existing add-on rack prices (thule,yakima,dephep...etc) because if it gets too pricey then customers may want to look at the Gobi or Baja racks. Total weight limit for the Nissan bars is 150 lbs I believe , so 46lbs of rack weight leaves 104 lbs of gear weight. Just my .02

maybe have an "add on option" that would replace the factory bars if people were looking to hold more weight.
