Fun with Krylon!
Krylon is great for making things look different than they did before. Lets see what you can do with a rattle can.

I like it! I recently painted my paintball gun, similar design using the mesh/sniper veil
Rocking the aimpoint and pmags, hell ya! I have an EO-Tech now but may have to make the switch.

LWRC lower...LMT stock...Pmags...nice!! What kind of upper do you have on there? 5.56 or 6.8? U @ mcchord or lewis? I had to sell my POF upper a couple of months ago due to financial reasons. I miss her so much. Nice build man! Bad ass paint! Did you use anything in paticular to clean it? Did u build it pre or post OBAMA?

5.56 is appears, its stamped on the upper.
That looks pretty nice. Almost looks like it came that way. I've seen a few arms that look like a kindergarten kid painted it.
What I want to know is....why do you have fishnet pantyhose?

The upper is also an LWRC, and yes in 5.56. I ordered it from LWRC a few days after the election and it took just over a month to get from them. I got the LMT SOPMOD in a straight up trade for a Magpul CTR. Clean it? I don't clean it regularly, it runs pretty clean. Okay I did use Gun Scrubber to degrease the outside before painting.
I am no longer in the Army, I grew up in this area though.

With the armament, I'm guessing the Hilltop area?
The two best days of my life: When my daughter was born at St. Joseph's in Tacoma and when I ETS'd at Ft. Lewis.

Dan, I sprayed a few of my PMAG's last week with some of the rustoleum spray on bedliner. I think I'll leave mine black but they add a little more grip when doing mag changes. Got to test em out in my buddies AR last weekend and were awesome!

Not the Hilltop area, I grew up in Puyallup and live in Midland now. I am doing the clinical part of my training at St. Joe's, it is a good hospital.
Ive never had grip issues with the Pmags, i never really had problems with the GI mags back when I was active duty. I have seen people use a soldering iron to stipple them, if I were to go for more grip I would do that.
Now if only I could find some decently priced ammo.......
