Default Off Road Parks?
Well since im moving to Kansas Ive been doing some offroad searching. Anyone been to Randolph OR Park? http://www.4x4wire.com/trail/report/ks/randolph/
Also I came across this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off_road_park from wikipedia.

That Wikipedia list looks really small for California - they missed Glamis for goodness sake!
