Default Out w/ the old, in w/ the new - Hella 500 vs. ProComp 130

So after getting a helluva deal on these lights (as well as four ProComp 100's that will be on my roof soon-enough), I had my FJ buddy Nick do the install for this crippled mo-fo. I went out to take some night shots but I think we forgot to replace the fuse so I will look at it further tomorrow.

That's his FJ in the background, pretty sweet rig and just got back from a HUGE meet at Katemcy Rocks, TX:

Great work Chase, but I hope your not over-doing things during what is suppose to be a recovery period bro! As for Nick's rig it does look pretty nice...for FJ that is

Nah, he literally did EVERYTHING. I helped him saw off a rusty bolt from the Hella mount but that's it. I propped up my camping chair in the garage and just sat in anticipation, like waiting for Santa Claus to come down the chimney!

Thanks man, I'm slowly getting to a happy "stopping point!" He towed the FJ because he had his son and cousin along with him, and those FJ's don't exactly have all that great storage space like us X guys

Were you able to use the wiring that was there from the Hellas, or did you have to run a new harness for them?
I like the 8 inch Pro Comps vs. the Hella 6 inchers. I'm considering swapping out my Hellas for the same Pro Comps, which prompts the question above.
