Default Help! PRG messed up my order
So I just got my lift in the mail and it appears that I was sent the wrong shocks. Which makes me wonder if anything else is wrong, can someone tell me how long from tip to tip the radflo coil overs are? I have a measure of approximately 18.5". Please let me know. Kinda freakin out cuz I planned on doing the install my the 4th because that's will be my only day off.

Aftermarket UCAs, Titan swap or just replacement? Seems about right regardless, stock ones aren't too much shorter than that. The ones on your X are compressed so they are gonna look shorter, jack it up before comparing the 2.

Here's a picture of my Titan swap 2.5s for reference.

I just got a call back from Greg and he compared measurements with me and will also be sending out replacement shocks for the mess up with sending me the wrong ones. Greg said that the shorter ones are about 17.25" long and the extended ones are 18" for just the shock body tip to tip. Also the long ones he said have about 2 inches of preload and the shorter ones only about an inch. I'll have to post a pic of the stock vs new when I do the install on the 4th.
