I was pretty blown away since i had emailed him in the past and got no reply.
I know the situation with his son and i respect that, and its great that he can take the time needed to address personal issues but perhaps he just needs an assistant, but its very hard to translate knowledge from one person to another in very quick time frame. I deal with that type of thing at work, and things fall thru the cracks simple as that, and maybe he doesnt want that to happen and soil the prg reputation. Even if that means for now its great stuff just kinda hard to get your order in IDK.

An assistant might be hard to train on the knowledge end of things. But I'm sure it would not be to hard to train one on the package and ship out order side of things. And Greg could spend more time with taking orders/questions, and placing orders for more product.

NissTec alway answer my calls and reply to my emails.
I had a small issue when I rc'd which they addressed it right away.
If its this hard trying to order with PRG or ask him question about the product then imagine what if you need support with the product after you received them... Like warranty replacement or installation support. Etc...
Just saying...

No offense to PRG but it looks like he's stepping into shrock works old shoes. Turning his shoulder to the xterra crowd and catering to other makes. That's one good thing about new company's like Nisstech. It means you don't have to deal with the older company's lack of costumer service.

NissTec is not new per se, they started in 2004 as ToyTec doing Toyota aftermarket support then move onto supporting Nissan in 2011 under a different name NissTec. So technically they are in the market just about as long as PRG, if not longer?
I didn't know that until I was told by Chris on our first conversation. If I remember correctly I believe he manage both companies? Then again I wasn't really paying attention to that detail.

I actually heard that he goes out to the local lakes and rivers every day and he has been panning for gold since 2010 to make you a custom set of 100% pure gold shims.
Quality takes time my friend...

Yea I'm aware they're not a new company but to the Nissan products they are.
When shrock works was the only company making armor, people just had to deal with the production times. Well now they aren't the only option anymore and they've pretty much disappeared. Same for PRG. There's other places to get coilovers and other parts. He doesn't do anything to the radflos but order them from radflo and them ship them to ur place. Like he told me, just deal with radflo directly! It's not like his stuff is sprinkled with magic fairy dust. I'll just order my sh!t from someone else. If nisstech is smart they should start making those specialty pieces that PRG has and then we wouldn't have to worry about wondering if it's getting shipped or spending all day to try and catch him on the phone.

I ordered a TS kit with rear Alcan pack from him about 2.5months ago! dropped some coin right. I received everything within a week or two EXCEPT the SAW's who he is at the mercy of his vendor. I have talked to greg every other week (call him around 6am, my job gets me up and about around that time) and got updates. I think he provides the best update he can given what he is fed from his vendors. really maybe more of an issue with his vendors? I dont know. to each their own, just too bad at time of order I was not more aware of the lead time involved.

With DK making what look to be just like the PRG arms and other odds and ends... PRG is going to be in a lot of trouble.
I wonder if we can source SAW race runners elsewhere....?
