I would advice anyone
against doing a PayPal or any internet transition with jlanderos21.
I decided to purchase a set of rims from jlanderos21 on 5/17. I then sent him the money for the rims through PayPal on 5/17. He informed me that he recieved the money on 5/21 and would mail out the rims on 5/22 or 5/23 and send me the tracking number. I could not get a hold of him untill 5/25 when he told me he won't beable to sell the rims due to money issues and he would refund me all of my money. I have yet to hear from him to this day 6/4. I have now reported it to paypal and am in the process of trying to get my money back.

Update:
I filed a dispute with paypal asking for my money back and I went ahead and purchased a set of pro comp rims.
As of yesterday 6-15-12 I was informed by paypal he is sending me the rims I originally ordered. That I no longer need or want. I recieved them today and all I have to say is the rims are all scuffed and look like they been sitting in a shed for a couple months with spider webs and dust all over them. the boxes were in horrible condition and I have a set a 4x steel rims that I want to sell. (send me a offer) Below is the messages between us and I got rid of his phone number becouse I'm not that big of a jack___. So in the end he did follow through a month late and now i'm going to be out money trying to get rid of these things. Maybe I'm being to picky and should be happy I got something

Update 2:
After calling paypal they told me to take the packages and return them to fedex and refuse delivery. After racing across town to do this. I have to say I like the X's pickup and go with the 6mt. I called paypal back and they returned the money!!!!!!!!
I am in love with paypal and happy all this crap is over with.
