Default Decided to take a few pics after the sun went down...

Capital building

Another Crapital building

I wanted to do more with this picture, with color accents but started getting freaked out in a cemetery all alone...

For some reason, my light painting came out not all that great. I did 15 exposures of each color, and it all got washed out by the moon I think.

A view of the town from above.

Nothing but moon for lighting...

Awesome pics man! Its unreal how bright it is just from the moon. I guess they call it a 'super moon' I heard guys talking about it on the radio the other day. Are those just stars in your last pic in the sky? I had also heard something about Halle's comet or something was also going by last night.

Really nice pics. What camera set up are you using?

Just a stock Nikon D40.

And BowKill, those are stars.

And the one where I tried to do light painting, I guess the moon was just TOO bright and washed out the colors... That was my first attempt at it.

I just did a bit of research and I guess I needed to work from the dark side of the object in order for the colors to not be washed out... DUH! Oh well, there will be more full moons...
