XterraOverload 08-26-2006, 09:32 AM Sweet and now extra grippy!!!!
S_e_X-Terra 08-26-2006, 10:47 AM They just plain kick ass. I reccomend this little mod to everyone who has a shrock rear bumper. It matches almost perfectly (its a little off because of the texture difference and the way light reflects off of it)
RogueClimber 08-26-2006, 11:13 AM You could do it to the Shrock bumper too and then you would match perfectly!

Do you really need 3 spare tires? :cyclops:

S_e_X-Terra 08-26-2006, 03:13 PM LOL those are my old tires (stockers) I had to take them to fed ex to see how much it would cost to ship them. And the line x store was really close to the fed ex store.... so i killed two birds with one stone.
kokopop 08-26-2006, 05:10 PM looks awesome.
ruger11mcrdpi 08-29-2006, 07:44 PM awesome... . this is my first mod on my to do list, for sure.
mtdewmike 08-31-2006, 12:05 AM Those look great!
Snoopy 12-03-2006, 01:20 AM I ended up doing the same to our Xterra and fixing a fender by covering it in truck bed liner as well...

lostboy 12-03-2006, 11:56 AM looks good.
Graytshirt 12-03-2006, 01:07 PM That looks great, did you have any trouble bolting it back up. Line-x seems like it would be thick, creating some issues with getting the side pieces to line up. But, I have never had mine off, so I really don't know.

no trouble at all. I think i made sure that they didn't spray any parts of the step that might impede re-installation
Kal_El 12-04-2006, 01:57 PM That i a sweet mod, nice!
MidnightX 12-19-2006, 02:19 PM Looks pimp dude.
Erick 12-19-2006, 10:44 PM That really does look good.
With a Shrockworks Front bumper and sliders coming (Black) I am tempted to do that to the same pieces you did, plus the stock rear bumper and the door bumpers on the side as well. Was there a reason you didn't do the door bumpers as well?
S_e_X-Terra 12-20-2006, 02:39 AM I was going to do them, and do all the door handles, and the side view mirrors. But, taking the side pannels off and putting them on would have been too much of a pain in the ass (I still might do this though). Also the door handles are easy enough to take off, but they would have had to cover some parts that would impede reinstallation for them to apply a proper coating of the stuff.
All in all it was a good idea but when it came down to doing the rest of the stuff it was just too much trouble for what it is worth.
bigboyindiego 09-30-2007, 06:27 AM if I may be so bold to ask how much did that run you !?!
