I got a great deal on the Tomtom 910 this weekend I am very happy so far. I would like to hardwire it but the only cable I can find seems kinda cheap. What do you think?

you can open up the cigarette adapter plug and solder your leads from there.

Center contact will be your +12V and the outside contact will be your Ground. Don't forget to fuse it.
