I can tell you that they have awesome customer service. I go to two different stores in Dallas and Coppell and never have any problems. I even bought a set of their bestop rock sliders used that didn't have any of the mounting hardware. I gave them a quick call and was told that they don't sell just a mounting kit. So they actually pulled the instruction list and pulled all of the hardware and called me back. They asked for my address and I gave it to them. I was expecting to have to pay for something at least for shipping. They told me that I owed them nothing!!! I was way excited for that. I have never had a problem with any of the products that they sell!

Sponsors are cool. I used their "shop by your truck" function and was directed to two jeep parts.

wow that is good, I had ordered hella micro de's for my bumper mouth bracket and was never told they were back ordered, even after I ordered them on the phone. Called 3 weeks later to see what was up and the cus. ser. rep said, "oh yea they are on back order, we have no idea when they will be in". It's not like they were a cheap order either. I am glad to see they are not like this with everyone, but that just left a bad taste in my mouth from this company. Anyway Welcome to the site.

Rant done.
