Anything that I sprayed was removed from the truck beforehand (except side moldings). Plastics got hosed with water, then sanded with 400 grit, wiped clean with wax/grease remover and then three to four coats of spray bedliner. Same process for metal parts, with the addition of applying two to three coats primer before bedliner.

Black Bezel Headlights - hope that link works

Well, overhaul is done. The following was swapped and installed on Saturday:

M226 3.54 Ratio w/ ARB Diff Cover
Rear Diff breather
Bilstein 5125s
Ubolt flip kit
Alcan Packs
Brake line bracket extender
Rear bump stop extensions
2 Hard Brake lines replaced
Turned non adjustable extended shackles into adjustable shackles to reduce rear lift because of new Alcans
R180 3.54 Ratio
Replaced 4 bolts/nuts for front cross-member near front diff because UP YOURS NISSAN FACTORY LOCTITE AND MIDWEST RUST
Nisstec MK84 Coilovers w/ Top plate spacer
SPC UCAs
1/4in thick steel Front/Rad Skid

Drives amazing now!

I'm a little late here but did you actually install ALL THAT in one day??

Cleaned the underside of the X this morning. And by "cleaned" I mean painted, because Midwest rust and I'm lazy right now. Yes, I see the overspray on the wheels and elsewhere. Yes I wiped it off with mineral spirits. I'll keep tabs on where I painted about a year from now. Hopefully this slows the aging of my rigs metal. The very least, it looks better than before.

Also, decided against raising front ride height any more. I'm almost exactly at 3.25in over stock, and I want to keep suspension travel and ride comfort just where its at right now. I'm at a 2in rake, but I think once the Alcans settle, I'll be closer to a 1.5in rake which is fine by me.

That's an ambitious list for that timeframe but looking through the list again, I can see why you'd want and have to do it all at once. Kudos on getting all that stuff done.

Still, when it's time for me to swap out my R180 (with a locked R180), I'm going to allocate an entire day for it!
