XterraDude Custom Rear Bumper

Yesterday I started building a new rear bumper for my Xterra. The plan is to offset the hinge over the rear corner to give more room between the swing arm and the rear hatch. Behind the tire I will have a 16"X30" drop-down table for my camp stove or preparing food. I got the base of the bumper all tacked together this weekend and will hopefully have the base finished this week.

Interested to see how this turns out. I like how you maintained the stock looking rear bumper/license plate area. No hitch?

I have had my Xterra over ten years now and haven't needed a hitch yet. I also have a Nissan Frontier, so I use that for transporting things.

Last night I got everything welded minus the front shackle mounts, which I will do after I grind the welds.
